A Walking Tour of Moravian Cemetery - May 30, 2010

On Sunday, May 30 (Memorial Day weekend), a group of 18 enjoyed a walking tour of Moravian Cemetery, New Dorp, with cemetery guide and historian Richard Simpson.  The tour featured the families of Tottenville, Rossville and Kreischerville (Charleston), including the Bedells, Killmeyers, Seguines and others.

9 am:  Clean-up of Bethel Cemetery by parents, students and staff from Totten Intermediate School.

11 am:  Ceremony honoring fallen comrades by Beauvais Hudson Post 126 American Legion and Brian F. Wallace VFW Post.

12 noon:  Walking tour of Historic Amboy Rd. led by the Tottenville Historical Society

2 pm:  Bluegrass Hit Parade 1946-2020 at the Tottenville Branch Library.
