What Do We Collect?

The following items represent just a portion of our collected resource and archival materials:

Historic Maps:

Historic Maps

Historic maps and atlases constitute an invaluable record of urban growth in the United States.  Historians, genealogists, urban planners, geographers, economists, scholars, and many others consult these maps for the wealth of detailed data which they embrace.

We rely heavily on our map collection to study the development of our streets and towns, and we refer to them almost daily in our work and research.
