For more than a decade the Tottenville Historical Society has been organizing and presenting public exhibitions, programs, walking tours and informal discussion groups.

 Holiday Festival of Tradition
Celebrate the Holiday Festival of Tradition including the menorah and Christmas trees decorated to represent the traditions of Germany, Hungary, Italy and Scandinavia, Sat. & Sun., 1-4pm, through January 5, 2020. 

Ongoing exhibits: 

Light "140" 
On October 21, 1879, Thomas Edison "threw the crude switch that sent the first beams of electric light into a world of tallow candles and wick lamps...beams of light that were prophetic of the greatest era of progress the world has ever known."  Celebrating the 140th anniversary of that historic event, and revealing Edison's connection to Staten Island.

Howat Ceramics: A Timeless Legacy
A collection of fine porcelain figurines and home decor items created in Tottenville, 1930s-1960s. 

Alice's Garden 
Reopening in the spring of 2020 of Alice's Garden (terra cotta sculpture garden) with new ornamental sculpture (side lawn).
